Two Harbors Investment Corp. (TWO) has received a further revised, unsolicited, non-binding proposal from UWMC, which the Board will review in a timely manner. The Board's recommendation in favor of the merger agreement with CrossCountry Intermediate Holdco, LLC, an affiliate of CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC (CCM), remains unchanged, and stockholders are encouraged to vote in favor of the CCM transaction.
