VinFast Auto Ltd. files 20-F

VinFast Auto Ltd. reported a net loss of VND99,582.8 billion ($3,964.1 million) for the year ended December 31, 2025, an increase of 28.7% from the prior year. Revenues more than doubled to VND90,178.6 billion ($3,589.8 million), primarily driven by increased vehicle sales in Vietnam and other Asian markets. The company also recognized an impairment charge of VND5,802.3 billion ($231.0 million) for its North Carolina factory due to changes in project timing and development assumptions.
