Shareholder Vote

BNB Plus Corp. held a special meeting of stockholders on April 28, 2026, where shareholders approved granting the Board of Directors authority to effect a reverse stock split. The shareholders also approved adjourning the meeting if necessary to solicit additional votes for the reverse split proposal.
