Lakefront Biotherapeutics NV files 6-K

Galapagos NV shareholders approved the company's name change to "Lakefront Biotherapeutics" and authorized the Board of Directors to acquire up to 10% of the company's shares. The shareholders also renewed the authorization for the Board to increase the share capital by up to 20%.
