TWO HARBORS INVESTMENT CORP. files DEFA14A

Two Harbors Investment Corp. has amended its merger agreement with CrossCountry Intermediate Holdco, LLC (CCM), increasing the cash consideration for its common stock to "$11.30 per share" from "$10.80 per share." The Two Harbors Board has unanimously approved this amendment and reaffirmed its recommendation for stockholders to approve the merger.
