Two Harbors Investment Corp. entered into a First Amendment to its Agreement and Plan of Merger with CrossCountry Intermediate Holdco, LLC and CrossCountry Merger Corp. This amendment increases the cash consideration per share and the termination fee payable by Two Harbors.
