MINISO Group Holding Limited reported a net profit of RMB1,209.8 million (US$173.0 million) for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025, a decrease from RMB2,635.4 million in 2024, primarily due to increased finance costs, a significant share of loss from an equity-accounted investee, and changes in the fair value of redemption liabilities. Revenue for the year increased by 26.2% to RMB21,443.8 million (US$3,066.4 million), driven by growth in both MINISO and TOP TOY brands.
