Sony Group Corp files 6-K

Sony Group Corporation and Honda Motor Co., Ltd. have agreed to scale down the operations of their joint venture, Sony Honda Mobility Inc. (SHM), and reassign its employees to parent companies, as it has become difficult to bring products and services aligned with SHM's founding purpose to market in the short to medium term. Sony continues to evaluate the impact of the discontinuation of SHM's electric vehicle models on its consolidated financial results.
