SOUTHEAST AIRPORT GROUP files 20-F

Grupo Aeroportuario del Sureste, S.A.B. de C.V. (ASUR) reported a net income of Ps. 10,924,697 thousand for the year ended December 31, 2025, a 22.1% decrease from Ps. 14,030,438 thousand in 2024. This was primarily driven by a significant increase in operating expenses, particularly construction costs and depreciation and amortization, and a shift from a foreign exchange gain to a loss.
