Nabors Industries Ltd. entered into an Incremental Joinder to its A&R Credit Agreement, increasing its Letters of Credit Maximum Amount by $25,000,000. This amendment allows for reimbursement obligations under letters of credit up to an aggregate principal amount of $150,000,000.
