TWO HARBORS INVESTMENT CORP. files DEFA14A

Two Harbors Investment Corp. has entered into a definitive merger agreement to be acquired by CrossCountry Intermediate Holdco, LLC (CCM) for $10.80 per share in cash. This agreement follows the termination of a previous merger agreement with UWM Holdings Corporation, for which CCM will pay a $25.4 million termination fee on behalf of Two Harbors. The transaction requires approval from Two Harbors stockholders.
