Two Harbors Investment Corp. has entered into a merger agreement with CrossCountry Intermediate Holdco, LLC, and its subsidiary CrossCountry Merger Corp., to be acquired for $10.80 per share in cash. This agreement also leads to the termination of a prior merger agreement with UWM Holdings Corporation.
