ATLANTIC UNION BANKSHARES CORPORATION Shareholders will vote on five proposals, including the election of 16 director nominees, two amendments to the Company's articles of incorporation to remove supermajority voting requirements, and the advisory approval of named executive officer compensation. The Board recommends a "FOR" vote for all proposals. The annual meeting will be held virtually on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., Eastern Time.
