Novartis AG is filing a Form 6-K to report on the issuance of $9.4 billion in aggregate principal amount of Floating Rate Notes and fixed-rate notes across various maturities by its subsidiary, Novartis Capital Corporation. These notes are being issued to facilitate incorporation into a Registration Statement on Form F-3.
