of McEwen Inc.’s (the “Company”) Environmental Impact Assessment for the El Gallo Mine has been granted by the Mexican government is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to
this Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Current Report”) and is incorporated by reference into this Item 7.01. Investors and
other interested parties are encouraged to read in its entirety the press release because it contains important information
not otherwise described herein.

Other Events.
On December 16, 2025, the Company
announced the extension of its Environmental Impact Assessment for the El Gallo Mine has been granted by the Mexican government. This
approval is expected to allow the Company to begin Phase 1 Mill Construction, which the Company expects to begin in mid-2026.
