Other Events   On November 3, 2025, Howmet Aerospace Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the pricing of an offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 4.550% Notes due 2032. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference into this Item 8.01.   The Company had previously announced that it intended to issue a notice of redemption to redeem on December 3, 2025, all of the outstanding principal amount of approximately $625 million of its 5.90% Notes due 2027 (CUSIP No. 013817AJ0) (the “2027 Notes”). The notice of redemption was issued on November 3, 2025.   This Current Report on Form 8-K does not constitute a notice of redemption of the 2027 Notes.
