(the "Company") filed a Current Report on Form 8-K (the "Original Form 8-K") announcing that the United Airlines Pilots Master Executive Council of the Air Line Pilots Association, International designated Captain Brian Noyes to fill the vacancy resulting from the departure of Captain Anne Worster from the Company's Board of Directors (the "Board"), effective January 15, 2025. At the time of filing the Original Form 8-K, the Board had not yet designated any committees of the Board on which Captain Noyes would serve. This Amendment No. 1 to the Original Form 8-K is being filed to report that, effective May 21, 2025, the Board approved the recommendation of the Nominating/Governance Committee to assign Captain Noyes to serve as a member of the Public Responsibility Committee of the Board. Except as set forth herein, the Original Form 8-K is unchanged.   Item 5.02.
