Brown notified the Board of Directors of Molson Coors Beverage Company (the “Company”) of her intent to retire as a Class A Director of the Company effective upon the end of her term at the Company’s 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, allowing her to devote more time to her global philanthropic work. Ms. Brown’s decision to retire was not as a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices.   Item 9.01.
