REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE.   On March 3, 2025, Stewart Information Services Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.50 per share of the Company’s common stock for the first quarter 2025, payable March 31, 2025, to common stockholders of record on March 17, 2025.
