(the “Company”) and Shawn Henry, the Company’s current Chief Security Officer and a named executive officer, mutually agreed that Mr. Henry will retire from his current role and as an executive officer, effective as of March 31, 2025. Mr. Henry will remain with the Company and will transition to the role of Executive Advisor to the CEO, focused on cybersecurity advocacy and resilience.   In connection with this transition, Mr. Henry will cease participating in CrowdStrike’s Corporate Incentive Plan and Leadership Incentive Plan.
