Stadler, Executive Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of the Company, will retire from those positions effective July 15, 2024. Ms. Stadler will remain with the Company in a consultative capacity until September 1, 2024 to assure a successful transition of her duties.   Ms. Stadler will be succeeded as Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer by Ryan Beld, 35, who currently serves as Assistant Controller of the Company. Mr. Beld was a senior financial analyst with Northwestern Mutual from 2019 until joining the Company in 2020. Mr. Beld, a Certified Public Accountant, was employed by KPMG LLP from 2012 to 2018.   Item 8.01 Other Events.   On June 28, 2024, the Company issued a press release announcing the events described under Item 5.02, above.
