On
June 14, 2024, EQT Corporation redeemed all of its outstanding 6.125% Senior Notes due 2025 (the “Notes”) pursuant
to the terms of the indenture governing the Notes, for a total cash payment of $616,310,905.54, inclusive of aggregate outstanding principal,
call premium, and accrued but unpaid interest on the Notes. The aggregate principal amount of Notes outstanding immediately prior to redemption
was $601,521,000.00.
