Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.   On May 23, 2024, Tara Smith, Group President – Agency Services of Stewart Information Services Corporation (the “Company”), informed the Company of her decision to resign from her position with the Company.   Consistent with our management succession plans, the Company appointed Iain Bryant‎ to serve as Group President – Agency Services of the Company, effective June 3, 2024. Mr. Bryant is being promoted from the role of Central States District Manager‎ in the Agency Services division of the Company.   Item 8.01. Other Events.   On May 30, 2024, the Company issued a press release announcing Mr. Bryant’s appointment.
