Will resigned from his positions as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Quaker Chemical Company (“Quaker Houghton” or the “Company”) effective October 2, 2023. Mr. Will plans to pursue another career opportunity and his resignation is not the result of any dispute or disagreement with the Company. The Board of Directors of Quaker Houghton and management thank Mr. Will for his contributions to the Company and wish him well.   Upon the effectiveness of Mr. Will’s resignation, Shane W. Hostetter, age 42, will serve as the Company’s Chief Accounting Officer, in addition to his current position as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Hostetter’s biographical information is set forth in the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2022 that was filed on February 23, 2023.
