(the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that Richard J. Marano will succeed Kirk D. Schell as President, Global Components, subject to formal Board appointment at the Board’s next regularly scheduled meeting on September 13, 2023. Mr. Schell will begin transitioning responsibilities to Mr. Marano immediately.   Item 7.01.
