EQT has amended the Tender Offer to increase the aggregate principal amount of Notes subject to the Tender Offer from $250.0 million to $300.0 million (the “Maximum Tender Amount”). On June 8, 2023, EQT also issued a news release announcing the pricing of the Tender Offer.
