(the " Company ") irrevocably called for redemption $30.0 million (the " Redeemed Notes ") of the Company's outstanding $110.0 million of 6.625% Senior Secured Notes due 2025 (the " Notes "). The Redeemed Notes will be redeemed on March 21, 2023 (the " Redemption Date ") at a redemption price equal to 100.00% of the principal amount thereof in accordance with the terms of the Indenture (the " Indenture ") dated as of November 1, 2017 among the Company, the guarantors party thereto and U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association (formerly U.S. Bank National Association), as trustee (the “ Trustee ”).
