On April 29, 2022, Daniel
E. Glusick, the Company’s Senior Vice President, Global Operations, gave notice of his intention to resign effective May 20, 2022.
Following Mr. Glusick’s departure, the Company’s operations team will report to Richard H. Zay, Senior Vice President, Chief
Commercial Officer, on an interim basis as the Company evaluates options for the leadership of the operations organization.
