January 17, 2022, Mary E. Minnick informed the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Target Corporation (“Target”)
of her decision not to stand for re-election at the end of her current term expiring at the 2022 Annual Meeting of Shareholders in June.
Ms. Minnick will continue to serve as a member of the Board and the Chair of the Board’s Infrastructure & Finance
Committee until her current term on the Board expires.
