On
February 17, 2021, Stewart Information Services Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that
its Board of Directors has approved a 10% increase in the Company’s annual cash dividend to $1.32 per share, payable to
common stockholders beginning with the first quarterly payment of 2021. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit
99.1, and is incorporated herein by reference. This information is not deemed to be “filed” for the purposes of Section
18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and is not incorporated by reference in any filing under the Securities Act of 1933,
except as shall be expressly set forth by specific reference.
