On August 31, 2020, Stewart
Information Services Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has
declared a cash dividend of $0.30 per share of the Company’s common stock for the third quarter 2020, payable September 30,
2020, to common stockholders of record on September 15, 2020. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit
99.1.
