Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Limited (TSMC) announced an adjustment to its cash dividend per share for the fourth quarter of 2025, increasing it slightly to NT$6.00003573 per common share due to a change in the number of outstanding shares. The total cash dividend approved remains NT$155,595,147,126, and it is scheduled to be paid on July 9, 2026.
