Other Events. On January 7, 2020, Acme United Corporation issued a press release announcing that it had agreed to acquire the assets of First Aid Central. Based in Laval, Canada, First Aid Central produces and sells a complete line of first aid kits, refills, and safety products to a broad range of industries and end users.
