Result of Operations and Financial Condition. On February 24, 2025, Kingstone Companies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing certain preliminary financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2024 (the “Press Release”).  The Press Release also announced that the Company will hold a conference call for analysts and investors on March 14, 2025, at 8:30 A.M. ET., and that the financial results news release is scheduled to be issued after the market closes on Thursday, March 13, 2025 .  A copy of the Press Release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
