On April 29, 2024, Kingstone Companies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing certain preliminary financial results for its first quarter ended March 31, 2024 (the “Press Release”).  The Press Release also announced that the Company will hold a conference call for analysts and investors on May 14, 2024 at 8:30 A.M. ET. to discuss its first quarter results, and that the Company’s financial results news release is scheduled to be issued shortly after the stock markets close on the previous day, May 13, 2024.  A copy of the Press Release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
