(the "Company") issued a press release announcing its results of operations and financial condition for the third quarter of fiscal year 2025, and furnished a copy of the press release as Exhibit 99.1 to a Current Report on Form 8-K filed by the Company (the "Original Report").   This Current Report on Form 8-K/A amends the Original Report solely to correct typographical errors in the dates appearing in the header of the Woodward, Inc. and Subsidiaries Condensed Consolidated Balance Sheets and other clerical errors in the press release furnished with the Original Report.   A copy of the revised press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.   Item 9.01.
