(the “Company”)held its 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “2025 Annual Meeting”). At the 2025 Annual Meeting, the Company’s shareholders voted on: (i) the election of eight directors; (ii) the approval of The Manitowoc Company, Inc. 2025 Omnibus Incentive Plan; (iii) the ratification of the appointment of Deloitte & Touche LLP as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025; and (iv) an advisory vote to approve the compensation of the Company’s named executive officers, as disclosed in the Company’s definitive Proxy Statement, dated March 21, 2025, for the 2025 Annual Meeting (the “2025 Proxy Statement”).
