On September 24, 2024, Jeanne Dressel, Senior Vice President, Controller and Principal Accounting Officer of Bank of Hawaii Corporation (the “Company”) resigned from her position with the Company, effective November 1, 2024. Ms. Dressel resigned to pursue other opportunities, and there are no disagreements between the Company and Ms. Dressel on any matter regarding its operations, policies or practices. On September 27, 2024, the Company’s Board of Directors appointed Senior Vice President and Director Financial Reporting Keith Asato, age 44, to the position of Principal Accounting Officer, effective November 1, 2024. Mr. Asato joined the Company in 2021, and formerly served as Vice President and Controller for Wing Spirit Inc.
