On September 5, 2024, The Manitowoc Company, Inc. (the “ Company ”) issued a press release announcing that it has priced its previously announced offering of $300 million aggregate principal amount of senior secured second lien notes due 2031 (the “ Notes ”). The offering is expected to close on September 19, 2024, subject to market and other conditions, including the Company amending its existing ABL credit agreement to among other things increase the commitments by $50 million to $325 million. As of June 30, 2024, we would have had approximately $203.2 million of borrowings available under the ABL credit agreement, as amended, after taking into account the letters of credit and borrowing base availability.
