Other Events.   On May 31, 2024, Trustmark National Bank closed the sale of its wholly owned subsidiary, Fisher Brown Bottrell Insurance, Inc., to Marsh & McLennan Agency LLC, consistent with the terms as previously announced on April 23, 2024.
