(the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will be hosting an Investor Day in New York City on March 19, 2024, at which Mike McGaugh, President and Chief Executive Officer, Grant Fitz, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and certain other Company representatives will be presenting. The full text of the press release issued in connection with the announcement is attached as Exhibit 99.1. A copy of the presentation to be used by the Company at the Investor Day is attached as Exhibit 99.2 hereto.
