REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE.   On June 1, 2023, Stewart Information Services Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.45 per share of the Company’s common stock for the second quarter 2023, payable June 30, 2023, to common stockholders of record on June 15, 2023‎.
