On May 18, 2023, Myers Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Paul Johnson, the Company’s Vice President, Distribution Segment, has submitted his resignation. Mr. Johnson will remain in his role until May 31, 2023 in order to help provide a smooth transition.
