On September 7, 2022, El Dorado Chemical Company (“EDC”), a wholly owned subsidiary of LSB Industries, Inc., received a notice of non-renewal of the Ammonia Purchase and Sale Agreement with Koch Fertilizer, LLC (“Koch”), dated November 2, 2015 (as amended, the “Ammonia Purchase Agreement” or the “Agreement”).
