Item 8.01. Other Events .
In a press release on March 14, 2022, Trustmark announced the elimination of NSF fees for all consumer checking accounts by December 31, 2022, the estimated impact of which is expected to be a reduction in annual revenue of approximately $2 million in 2023. Trustmark intends to establish a de minimis transaction amount for consumer checking accounts to eliminate overdraft charges for small dollar transactions. The de minimis transaction amount and related impact on revenue in 2023 have not yet been determined.
