(“ Thermo Fisher ”) issued a press release announcing the expiration and results of the previously announced tender offer by Orion Acquisition AB, a direct, wholly owned subsidiary of Thermo Fisher, to purchase all of the outstanding common shares and all of the outstanding American Depositary Receipts, each representing one common share, of Olink Holding AB (publ).               A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
