Material Agreement

Equitable Holdings, Inc. entered into a Voting and Support Agreement with Nippon Life Insurance Company and Corebridge Financial, Inc. on April 8, 2026, in connection with a previously announced merger agreement. This agreement requires Nippon Life to vote its shares of Corebridge common stock in favor of the merger and to take other actions to further the transaction.
