Equitable Holdings, Inc. and Corebridge Financial, Inc. have entered into an Agreement and Plan of Merger to combine their businesses through an all-stock merger. Following the merger, the combined entity's name will be "Equitable Holdings, Inc." and its headquarters will be in Houston, Texas.
