This is Amendment No. 1 to the Form 8-K filed on July 19, 2011. The original filing of this Form 8K incorrectly stated 888 shares were issued as part of “cashless exercises.” The correct number of additional shares issued as part of “cashless exercises” was 1,989 shares. Further, despite an incorrect statement in the original filing of this Form 8K to the contrary, Citizens has warrants outstanding regarding its Class A Common Shares that are set to expire on July 7, 2012, September 30, 2012 and October 6, 2012.
