Banco Santander, S.A. files 6-K

Banco Santander's resolution group has received a new binding minimum requirement for own funds and eligible liabilities (MREL) from the Banco de España, which replaces a previous notification. The new requirements, as of December 31, 2025, are 39.73% of total risk-weighted assets (TREA) and 15.25% of leverage exposure (LRE).
